Younger Patients
At Abbey we pride ourselves in helping children/young
people through their treatment in a kind, friendly, family atmosphere.
Our younger patients are our priority - we aim to explain things in
an easily understandable way, allaying any fears. We are available to answer
any questions you may have. We aim to ensure that the parent or guardian are aware of everything
that is happening during treatment.
Orthodontics is a two-way venture - if we can motivate our younger patients and
get a good response from them, then we can provide them with the smile they will
love.
All types of treatment are available from removable appliances to fixed (train tracks)
and any combination of the two. Low friction/faster brackets can reduce the treatment length.
We avoid the extraction of teeth where possible.
